I have it suggested theat this is the mark of William Gordon of the Walton Pottery Chesterfield England, does anybody have any other images or links to the mark based on this info? It certainly fits some of the designs I have seen for the plate but i cannot get an image of the mark.

Thanks!

Wow great info, that has nailed it down for me! The second link you posted has a bowl that i have seen in other places and attributed to william gordon but have never seem the backstamp on it, its a perfect match, thanks a lot!
