Plant Stand, Need info

Does anyone know anything this plant stand. I inherited from my Grandmother. I'm 53 and it was at her home as long as I can remember.

 :)I'am not telling my age.what's surpriseing is the condition of the gold leaf. yep' real gold.
victorian in style.mfg about 1900 1910 $125.00 to $150.00 dollars.
