Title: occupied japan figurine

 :-\  picked up this occupied japan figurine from an estate sale and am wondering if anyone knows anything about it. i have seen many occupied japan figures but none like this or with this kind of coloring. just kind of a neat piece I think.

Probably was intended as an aquarium decoration originally.
