What is it painted on ?? Frame is 1970`s or 80`s !!  Burlap trim gives the date on that !! Have you taken it out of the frame ??

Cant see all of it since the frame covers part of the last letters !!  Next time take the pic while it is out of the frame to get the entire name !! And need to know your location ??

Paris, Arc de Triomphe.  This style of art was extremely popular post WWII
