Curious if anyone has any knowledge on Mohlhenrich Furniture Company based in Baltimore. We recently acquired a dining table, dining chairs and china cabinet with the Mohlhenrich marking. Google searches are not coming up with too much information, so I was curious if anyone knows anything about this maker. Thanks!!

Can we see the label or marking please ??

Of course! Here are some other pictures as well of the set.

I'm wondering if searching 'Reliable Furniture Manufacturing Company' might net you more satisfactory answers. J. George Mohlhenrich was the president as well as a business leader in Baltimore according to this article.

Thanks for the info! Based on a little bit of research I've done, it appears Mohlhenrich became president of Reliable and then changed the name to Mohlhenrich Furniture Company around 1893. Based on the dates and comparing the piece to others I've found online (wooden wheel casters, etc.) I was thinking this might be Jacobean Revival style. Anyone else have any opinions? Based on that, any good feel for value? Im not sure if the fact that it has a maker if that would make it any more valuable, despite the fact that the maker does not seem to be well known. We love the set, so this is purely out of curiosity sake. Thanks!!

Your set is indeed Jacobean Revival from late 20`s or 30`s !! There are many of these pieces on the market and value is not a great deal even with the mfr label. Many companies produced a similar style !! You have a nice set I would just enjoy using it !!
