Title: **** OLD CLOCK *** DETAILS WANTED ****

I HAVE BEEN HANDED DOWN THIS CLOCK AND I HAVE SEARCHED ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND I CANNOT FIND THIS MAKERS MARK
OR DATE OF THIS ITEM CAN ANYONE HELP??

Well if I'm seeing correctly that's a 'B' inside a crescent moon, which appears to match up with this description......
