Title: Radio Coffee Tin
Post by: SRig on July 08, 2012, 07:07:48 pm
My father recently purchased a 5lbs Radio Coffee tin from a garage sale. It bares the trademark T. H. Estabrooks Co. Limited, and says it came out of Winnipeg, MB, Canada. It is missing its lid. I unfortunately don't have a picture as he doesn't have a camera or live near by. I tried to google it and search for any information online, but could yield zero results. I was wondering if anyone was aware of an approximate value. Thanks for any help you may be able to offer!

Advertising tins always are (or were) quite collectible but my experience told me the “lid” was 50% of their value.

They are more sought after for a "decorator" item rather than a "collectible" thus there is a horrendous bigger market for them.
