Title: Is it a Bitossi??

I have little knowledge of Italian pottery, and a name I keep seeing with a similar style of pottery from the era is Bitossi, but most of those have that characteristic blue color. Who made this? Help!

Usually if it is stamped on the bottom like that it was produced for export rather than studio made by an artist !!
