Title: HELP! What is this???

I know it is oriental of some sort, but it has museum numbers on the back of it, does anyone have the slightest clue what it is called or any sort of orgin?

i,d hazard a guess with Indonesian...or Cambodian....then as a last resort....China...i n other words i don,t have a clue....

Balinese?  What are the dimensions and does it appear that it's meant to hang or lay flat on a surface? Appears to have 'legs' on the back for a base.  Any idea of the metal?

Okay, I have to ask....why do you believe this is a museum number other than a regular gift store inventory number?  (I tried blowing it up in size to see if it had a museum name and couldn't see one.)

On the white tag is  APO and either 307 or 30 ? !!   That would be a US military designation if they still use them !! As for the number in red !! Couldn`t see it all !!
