i have had these scissors for a long while.
all it has on them is cologne 1911 or 1919
also has gilbert on them
any history or value would be great

might also be nutcracker scissors...with the nut being placed between the two weights....

I was betting these were sewing scissors and look what I found...more Washington & Lincoln sewing scissors but they are made by Krusius in Germany. Really need to know more about what is on yours...can you get a magnifier and tell? Also measurement/length of scissors.

I thought that was evident..i.e. Cologne 1919....i assume this will be the Cologne in Germany...
