Title: JAPANESE SILVER, HELP!
Post by: monroefashion on January 10, 2013, 04:36:05 am
Hi there!
I wonder if anyone coulöd answer what these sterling silver items are used for?
At first i thought they were chopsticks rests, but I guess they are not in the right design.

Many thanks in advance!

They look like place cards holders to me.  You slip the card in between at the top.  GG

Beat me to it gg27!  Great job!

These are still popular and the fact they are silver makes them more desirable.

You're welcome, glad I could help.  I used to get sets of them quite often, but haven't seen any for a couple of years.  It's quite a nice set.  I used to use them as holders for price tags in the shop. GG
