Title: Small Vintage Porcelain Figurine with Blue Crown Mark and N/E Letters?

I purchased this small porcelain figurine at the TS yesterday and I'm trying to find out who the maker mark is and when it was made. I haven't been successful at finding information on it online.

The figurine is of a moth and is about 3 1/2 inches in width, 2 inches in length and about 1 1/2 inches in height. On the bottom of it there is a Blue Crown with what looks like the letter N, with perhaps an A with a small E inside of it.

Does anyone know who made this figurine and when it was made?

This is "OLDEST VOLKSTET PORCELAIN FACTORY", Volkstet, Thuringia, Germany (E. Germany) Porcelain, 1834+ (1760-present), (various names & owners)

Excellent work Greenacres !!  I have been looking for an hour and followed the wrong path !!  One "expert" said Carl Theime,,Pottschappel !!  It evidently was not !!

Never Thieme so whichever ' expert ' that was needs some Wullie treatment  ;D

If you see something that looks like Meissen but isn't as well made, it's often Thieme. Those encrusted centrepieces especially
