Found this gem in a storage locker. I don't know exactly what it is. It's age value or use. Any infor would be greatly appreciated.
Outside is carved leather
Inside green velvet with matching trim.
Lots of possibly copper tacks/nail heads. 3 drawers/shelfs that are removable.

Okay, I must be having a hard time on this one...but if the box is sitting with the domed "top" upright (as in the top pics)...and you open it...the shelves are vertical (up and down)? Wouldn't the jewelry drop to the bottom?
Can you please post a pic of a drawer removed?

Yes dome tip. Sorry some home pic got turned in upload. Drawers are horizontal
