Title: My family has had a Candelabra with these markings on it.

I cant but i will take my macro camera to the office again and take a closer picture

Also, please tell us what country are you in and any background on the piece!  Can you please post a picture of the entire piece?  Of the bottom of the base as well.  Thanks!  & Welcome!
