Title: Trouble identifying Royal Doulton Pattern c1931

i have a royal doulton square side plate with an impressed date of 1.12.1931.
it has a floral pattern with flecked blacked paint around the edges.
the item number is difficult to read and i've been unable to find any details on thispiece.

does anyone know the pattern name or item number?
