I have an old pedal car that is a fire engine. I have done much research with very little luck on trying to figure out a value or anything else about it so I am hoping someone can help. It says volunteer fire department engine 1 on the side. I will be posting pictures a little later but if anyone has any knowledge of these, is there anything specific I need to capture in the pictures?

Hey! Welcome to the forum!
Can you please post a picture of this.
There were items like this made early on in 1930''s to 50's. However, they have made many reproductions since then.
A picture and history if any can help alot!
Thanks!

The 800 Number gives it away as a repro as they were not popular until the 1990s. The same car new http://www.amazon.com/Volunteer-Fire-Truck-Pedal-Car/dp/B000FGVGKW/ref=cm_rdp_product The #1 car repro that are essentially the same are going for $100-$200 on ebay. This looks like it has a little age from being left outside perhaps.

Definitely a reproduction !!

Believe yours is made by Gearbox. They are selling for $80 - $100 on average. You will see people listing them for much higher...but rarely do they sell for that being a reproduction piece.
