Does anybody have any clue if this is Waterford or what brand / artist.

 Welcome to the forum !!  Have you looked carefully for a tiny etched mark ??  Does it ring bell like when you tap it or dull thud ??  Looks like it could be crystal but almost impossible to guess who made it !!
