Title: Painting from the Fifties or sixtys

Bought this a few days ago and trying to find out similar works with this technique and maybe the artist ? To me it's looks South European scenery with a hill on the background . Not easy to see on the photo . Technique looks like painted on rough structure . Panel is wood . Any idea's or something similar  to find and artist name deceiver d ?

Hopefully someone will chime in.  The first two letters look like IZ.

Hope so to and made a newer picture just from it . By nightfall the pictures is given a better look and more a 3d effect . But very difficult to catch on the camera . Seen also the IZ ut also on the end TIo or something like that ?
