Title: Can't Figure Out This Wood Angled Lamp

Any ideas to help me identify this lamp? It measures about 3 feet tall.  I've been searching "angled wood lamp" "industrial angled lamp," etc.  but can't find a similar one.

Side arm, swing arm are only a couple of names for these !!  Nice old lamp though,, probably 1930 or 40ish but has been rewired !!  These were used (in various forma) for everything from reading, knitting and such to industrial application where close hand work was done and proper lighting was important !!
