Title: Tool w/ Handle (Made in Denmark)

Measures approx. 10" long. Anybody know what this is? and/or what it's used for? Thank you.

Can you take a side pic and explain what it does when the handle is turned !! Kind of reminds me of the old rug hooking utensils !! It punched yarn through a small mesh backing !!

Yep.  That is what is called a Rug Tufting Tool used to make rugs.  I made a couple of rugs like that when I was young and had a much stronger back for leaning over!  LOL
