Hi Rink,

A few things that will help identify it.  Size, height, diameter, weight.  What is it made of?  Any markings, picture of the underside, and a photo of the plug.

The Native American is based on a work entitled "Trail's End." It's been reproduced in a million different places.

This image was popular along with a renewal of interest in Native American culture in the 1970s, which is when I would guess this lamp was made.

A very similar lamp

I don't have an account with this site so I couldn't see the appraisal.

The term slag glass with metal overlays brought up the most results.
