Seats painted and with a other kind off support springs then normal in the Netherlands . And painted with symbols . So any idea's where ther from and age and who could paint like this ? thanks
-
Looks like the Netherlands version of McKenzie Childs !! They design their own furniture now but started by painting existing chairs, tables ect !!

I think that when we could find the country where this kind off support springs are used . Then maybe the paint will be easyer to determine if it was made by artist or a group like a tribe ? The symbols are looking a bit like the symbols off native Americans . So if these seats are maybe American constructed seats with this contruction then maybe ? Could be totally wrong but you never know :-\

Try looking at Tensions Springs and/or Parker Knoll Springs.

Looks like these springs but probaly used by different seat builders so still the question where there from and who painted these symbols on them ?

Wish I could help more. The only thing I know is that these type of springs were used in the UK.
They are bright/cheerful! Would sell well here in the US.
