I purchased this violin at an auction and it is in real nice condition.
There is a letter behind cremona that looks like an E. I would like to
know the value of this violin and if it is authentic?
Please let me hear from you.
Thank you,
Robert G

Andreas Amati crafted his violins in Cremona, Italy, in 1634. This violin, made of cedar and spruce, is considered to be one of the resumesplanet (https://www.au-resumesplanet.com/) finest violins ever made. The varnish is still glossy and the wood is still sturdy after 500 years.
