Title: Outage update!

Our provider installed much more thourough and sensitive anti spamming and virus scanning, and said that our site had some files that needed cleaning.. nothing that would affect you or the forum directly, but that were being used in indirect ways.. I had to bring the site down until I cleared some of the files enough to get us back online.. What a hassle. I had to take down my personal blog and a bunch of other blogs I was hosting.

Now to restoring those.. thanks for your patience.. I hope we did not lose too many of you! :o

Are you not seeing the blue background? Arrg. That happened to me at home too. It works fine here at work.
I cleared my cache and it still did it... you might want to try a different browser.

Post by: mart on December 22, 2016, 06:26:53 pm: Still can`t get the shortcut on the desktop to work !! Tried going to bing-google and did a search then opened from the search results !! Thats the only way I can get here !! Dumping cache did not help !!

Ed, I couldn't get here by using my "Most Visited" Bookmarks either. I had to google it then press to go to the site! I am getting the blue background on all of the search engines!

I had already cleared my "Cache" as you had recommended and the above still ocurred. (So Mart, you need to clear your computer internet search history!) My computer-geek son is staying with us for the next week until he moves to FL so I will have him look more this evening! Ed, I bet the two of you could talk geek for days!!!!!! LOL

I can load and navigate this site (AQF) with either one ……. but I prefer using IE as my favorite.

And am not experiencing any of the AQF problems you all are having.

Post by: mart on December 24, 2016, 10:39:08 am: Ed worked on the problem last evening and hopefully all is working !! Mine is and I finally removed the Powweb off my frequent site list !! I rt clicked on it and went to "show source" which was all gibberish to me !! Then I X`d it out and when I went back to the frequent list there was an X on it which wasn`t there before !! Clicked on the X and poof,, it was gone !! Thank Heavens !!

I seem to be able to to use it on my computers with the Chrome browser but not my iPad. Any suggestions anyone?
