Title: Help needed Oriental picture

Can anyone tell me the age or anything about this and whether it would have a value.  Im wondering if it could be on rice paper as its very fragile

Can be on rice paper,, many souvenirs are !!  No real value !!  Just a nice little wall hanger !!
