Is there no idea about the monogram . To me it looks like or LB or 43 with the number three reversed . So maybe this could be a way to go for info ? 8)

Looks like L/3 or LB.  Odd if both were intials that the B would appear larger.  However, that is the joy of the artist to put their artistic touch on their works.

Not the simplest monogram this time  :P But never give up so any more idea's ?
