Happy New Year Everyone....
I am soliciting your help to identify the culture of the embroidery characters. This is a vintage framed embroidery I acquired at a thrift shop several years ago. I did little research on it because I got stuck on trying to identify the culture. Design measuring approximately 11 1/2" X 2 1/2". Any help would be greatly appreciated, so I can pickup on my research. Thanks in advance.
Best wishes for the 2019 New Year !

The key is the women’s outfit apron and worn with boots
I looked tons of Traditional clothing. It is not traditional German Dirndls, Greek, Turkish, Albanian, Italian, Russian
The closest thing I found was Polish: black boots, aprons, long sleeves, separate color bodices.
Polish folk dress does not seem to have white tights, Maybe this has a lot of artistic license in it.
