Hi guys. This doesn't say it's silver plated or any purity. Just says the maker and where it was made. It weighs approx. 3 lbs. Measures approx. 10" across from handle to handle. It most likely is silver plated, but just wanted to make sure. If it was sterling, would it weigh less? Thank you!

I finally found it, I added the word "octagon". And it says it's pewter. So is it silver-plated pewter? or all pewter? Sorta confused, lol. Thanks!

It is pewter and not silverplated. International Silver Company made pewter items as well as silver.
Just search "International Silver Co. Octagon Pewter Covered Casserole" and you will see quite a few!

Plain ole' pewter. Very nice!

Great find !! Just do not polish it and try to make it look like silver plate !!

I second that - do not try and polish. It won't polish and the finish on some items can/will become distorted!
