Hello again, this is a cast iron dog doorstop with no markings. My father picks this up about 40ish years ago.....

Looks like you have a Scottish terrier there.

Anything “Scotty” use to be highly collectible, …….. especially a cast iron "doorstop".

Clean the grime off of it and “spray” paint it “black”

OOPS, I might have called it wrong cause I was told Miniature Schnauzers are the ones with the "floppy" ears.
