Wondering if someone could tell me about this. Can't find any writing or markings on it. It does revolve. also attaching pic of one I found that looks very similar. Thanks

  Most of these are made in England !!  That reduces the value to American collectors !!  Still a nice piece !!

What a gorgeous piece.  This would still be very popular in areas that have libraries or offices and/or large homes that have libraries and offices.

Depending on the condition and origin it can fetch from $900 to $1500.

Any markings on the underside?
