Title: Pair of Victoiran bisque figurines with attached thermometers

Hello,

Can anyone tell me the value of a pair of Victorian bisque statues that are also used as a vase as well as a thermometer?  I was told that they are French or German.  They are approximately a foot high each and the thermometers are in celcius.  Thanks
