Title: Help identify name on hardware of old treasure chest trunk

Does anyone know what company made brass latches for a trunk with a name like KRISCHERS MFG CO N.V.  written in a circle on the latch?  If you can help I would greatly appreciate it!  THanks

that company was working out of Brooklyn new york in 1922.

Do I have the name spelled right in my original post?  Instead of NV it must be NY.  I really appreciate the information!
