I have this math book I found in a wall about 30 years ago. Can anyone tell me anythig about it and if it has any worth?

Interesting that I see references to the book, but I don't see it listed for sale anywhere to compare pricing. Anyone else have any luck? What kind of shape is the cover in? The pages look pretty darn clean. I guess walls are a good place to store books! ;)
