Hi!  Welcome to the forum.

Seems that someone in Austin TX attempted to sell one just like this and another scene on Ebay on 04/09/10 for $12.95 - no bids and item was not re-listed.  The second scene seems French.  Unknown the scene on this one.

Ardalt made exports/imports for the US (and elsewhere) from Taiwan/Japan

Supply and demand.  Their table stop collectibles and dinnerware items have more saleability.  Very few pieces bring a large amount of money.  These are items that rely on sentimental sales (reminds you of something from your past/family) and popular designs.
