Title: Small creamer?

My last item I'll be asking about!  ;) ;D I found this at that sale for $1. It's pretty small (as you can see from my fingers) and doesn't have any chips or cracks. The bottom just says USA. I couldn't find anything on Ebay, or the internet that compared. Any idea on how old, or what it's worth?? And, IS it a creamer??
