Title: light fixtures

Any info. on these...been searching many websites but I haven't seen anything like them. They are currently in use in our old victorian style house...am I correct in guessing Art Nouveau era or am I way off? Any help would be much apprieciated!

My guess is 1910ish and almost certainly french made!
