Title: Informations Needed Vintage Storage battery (1944) orig. package

Hi, I'm needing some help identifying and help finding some information on this old 1944 "Ideal" quick rechargable storage battery. I found this in an antique store and just thinking it was quite interesting i bought it. It feels like its either made of this plastic or glass, looks to have never been used and is in original packaging with instructions. On the label it is marked august 1944, but that's about all i know about it, and i can't find a similar model on the net. Any help with facts or info on this would be GREATLY appreciated!

That was easy to find !!  Just googled "Ideal Battery Co. " !! Old company but pretty big now !!
