Title: Stultz and Bauer Upright Grand Piano
Post by: lta on July 30, 2010, 10:37:21 am
I am looking to sell a Stultz and Bauer upright grand piano in fair condition made in 1917. Can someone give me an idea of how much it may be worth? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum, Ita.

Many folks are finding that it's tough to sell such items nowdays (not alway true, though), since lightweight/portable electronic keyboards/pianos are readily available ; also costs for moving, tuning & repairs can be prohibitive for the buyers.

You may be able to get an idea of prices in your reigon, by going to Craigslist.org & checking that resource.

Could you please post the serial number of your piano (can do a bit of research with this).

I've already tried Craigslist, not much help. I just want a general ballpark number by the way the serial number is 190557.

Ita, might want to check out this link. Another person with a similar question, answered by Todd of Lindeblad Pianos, with suggestions for places to offer it for sale. If you were to post a message to him through that site he may be able to give you
a reasonable estimate of value.

BTW, welcome!
