Francis Tsoy Paintings

Hello Everyone,

I picked up the two paintings that were done by listed artist Francis Tsoy.  I have no idea who these people are and can't find any info on the artist that may suggest who they are.  They look to be some sort of political figures?  Any help on identifying them would be great.

Why do you think they are political figures ??  They look like typically dressed people from mid century era !!

No particular reason.  That is just the first thing that popped into my mind.  I guess maybe I'm hoping they are someone of status.

Have you done a google search to see what he was known for painting ?? A politician would have a portrait artist rather than someone who normally worked in other styles !!   The paintings while good are not good enough for me to think he worked in portraits a lot !!

The only thing that comes up are past auctions her work has been sold at.  No background on the artist.  The paintings that were sold at auction are of famous locations and floral work.
