Title: Small Black French Bulldog Figurine with gold accents

Can anyone please identify this for me? Theres no markings from the look of it. About 3" tall

Items like this were made and sold by the thousands in department or five and dime stores !!~  Woolworths ect !!   Unless they have a name on them there is little way we could figure out the maker !! They came in every size, shape and color under the sun !!  I still have a few I had as a kid !!   Sorry, but just no way to tell who made it !!
