This is a 10" X 8" lithograph by the artist Tony Chen. It's by Scafa Tornabene Art Pub Co Inc which is printed at the bottom along with dated 1977 and 55-2851, so I'm assuming this is number 55 out of 2,851 printed. I'd like to know about this artist and the value of this lithograph. I've researched him before coming to the experts and there is a larger lithograph of Noah's Ark by him and the price is around $400.00 unframed. Any information would be greatly appreciated. This guy did a bunch of owl lithographs !! Found some on ebay and one on etsy from first page !! Didn`t look farther !! Prices were anywhere from $8.99 to $40. asking price but didn`t see any that sold !! Problem with these lithographs is subject matter,, very few people want owls now !! Might have been good in the 70`s but can`t hardly give them away anymore !!
