Title: Penshurst Semi Porcelain Serving Tray

I was at my brother Bob's with my son and we took some pictures of some of the items Bob want to sell.
We are not sure about the value of these things so once again we are turning to the experts here!

Can anyone tell us the approximate date and value? Any help would be appreciated!

What is on that mark ?? Can`t tell if it is Penshurst pattern or if its by Penshurst trading company !!

Penshurst is the pattern, made by Ridgways.  Looks like an underplate to me, in flow blue.    Flow blue is very underappreciated here at the moment, so I won't give a value.

That chip in the edge is going to lessen the value quite a bit !!  Up to 75% !!
