Title: Majolica Calling Card Stand.

Hello all,

I have a few questions regarding this piece. It appears the signature is signed  BARTFAI EMLIK   OR  BARTFAI EMLEK? Bottom says 1698 BB?

How old is this?
Rare?
Who signed it? 
Value?

All I could find was that its likely Hungarian !! Will look more later !!
