Title: Thermapax thermo-magno-ray helmet
Post by: stevem21x on December 22, 2011, 08:38:01 PM
Anyone know if it has any value? I found it doing a residential demolition job. The only thing Ive been able to find so far is a law suite for misbranding in 1947. Thanks

Love to see a photo of the device & a description of it's condition , stevem21x .

Found two court cases about your item , in 1946 at the U.S. National Library of Medicine website .

There are many collectors of medical-quackery devices around the world & websites with forums/contact #'s & such might be a boon to you finding out about it's value (to a collector) .

Many med-quak devices I see around (depending on condition) seem to run in the 'asking' $50 to $200 USD range .
