Title: Tinned copper Islamic plate

And own for a long time now this copper tinned plate with verses of the Koran (told by my Iranian neighbour ) . But it's very difficult to place a date to it so who knows more en is maybe able to read it ? There's on the back a owners mark in it with a Islamic date .
