Title: Karpen chairs

I have a collection of paper wicker chairs which were originally purchased in 1925.  The chairs have a metal tag reading "Karpen guaranteed furniture Chicago".  I need to find a value for the chairs and if a market exists for their sale.  nhfh@noelhenderson.com

THAT COMPANY' WAS STARTED IN 1881. $75.00 TO $125.00 PER CHAIR.

I was informed that the chairs are "paper" wicker not straw, if that makes a difference in value.

:huh: it should make no difference, that is what was extensively used in the 1920's and 30's. paper fiber rush.
