Title: copper tray with intricate design?

hello all, I was wondering if anyone can provide any information regarding this copper tray. It's 13" in diameter and it has a very intricate design on the front side of the tray. The design is copper and silver in color and it looks and feels like it is a machined surface. The back side is plain copper. Any information on this item will be much appreciated. thank you ???

I'm gonna guess that it is made in 2 pieces that are "sandwiched" together, with the design being stamped or pressed in the outer "shell".
