I have no clue what these are so hopefully someone here knows. They measure 5.75" tall and 3.25" wide.

Post-1991 Russian "Lomonosov". Items with a completely cyrillic mark were produced for the domestic market (not intended for export).

Nice but what are they exactly ?? S&P shakers ???

There not S&P shakers but I can see how the camera angle makes it look like that way. They are just some sort of jar but they have two lids. First that upside down looking tea cup thing comes off the top and then there is like a ceramic stopper underneath that. I thought they kind of looked like japanese ginger jars. Thanks Chris for identifying the maker.
