Title: Pinder, Bourne & Hope Plate

I picked up this 19th century Pinder, Bourne and Hope plate at a boot fair for £1.
Does anyone know its proper value?

Is it transfer decorated or hand painted. If you look with a magnifier you will see little dots or checks on transfer ware. Paint will have brush strokes. Sometime they are a combination. It is worth more than you paid. I can be sure of that. Very nice!

The border is transfer printed and the floral work in the center is hand done.
