Post by: rinsche on September 13, 2004, 11:41:22 AM
I have 2 Meissen Porcelin Figures in perfect condition dated 1725
for sale but I do not know what they are worth.  They are numbered #M180 and #154.   If anyone knows about these statues please
contact me.

a terrific site to verify the crossed swords marks

or      http://www.petziman.de/hallmarks/meissen.jpg (http://www.petziman.de/hallmarks/meissen.jpg)

or      http://www.porcelainsite.com/porcelain/marks/ (http://www.porcelainsite.com/porcelain/marks/)

if you can identify your mark, and if there are no other responses, please check with your library, or your local antiques mall, as there are books identifying Meissen figurines, and values.           KB
